Software sale and license terms

Seller and website operator
Hidawn LLC operates this website and sells Montagist and xStudio paid licenses. Montagist is sold as an early license; xStudio licenses are not sold yet.
Existing free releases remain subject to their existing terms.
License
USD 29 once for Montagist or USD 19 once for xStudio: one person, at most two self-use installations, permanent major-version 1 rights and 1.x updates. The license may not be resold, shared between people or used to bypass installation limits. Move to a new computer by deactivating an old binding in the license account before activating the new installation.
The Montagist early license is paid now and activated when the 1.x paid edition ships, targeted by December 31, 2026. If it has not shipped by then, we refund the full price unless you ask to keep waiting. Until activation, you may use the free release under its existing terms.
Commercial licensing requires verified payment, installation binding and a signed lease. Internet activation and periodic online renewal are required, with at most seven days between renewals. A payment return page alone does not grant rights. Refunds and disputes can revoke the license on refresh or current lease expiry.
Use and third-party services
Customers provide their own provider accounts, permissions and any required model/platform keys, and pay those providers separately. Review AI output for facts, suitability and rights. Do not use the software for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, impersonation, fake engagement or unsolicited bulk spam.
The paid editions have the following scope. Montagist's paid edition has the same capabilities as the free release, including remote media search and download; each remote video download requires a recorded reuse permission and source-terms basis and is blocked without one. Those records are customer declarations, not legal findings or payment-provider approval. xStudio retains authorized text import, research and AI-assisted writing; direct social publishing, metrics, marketing automation and automatic remote collection are excluded. Earlier free xStudio versions may have broader capabilities; the xStudio license covers its paid edition's scope.
Refunds and statutory rights
Full refund any time before activation and within 14 days after it, through Stripe to the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Third-party charges are separate. Read the refund policy.

The seller is Hidawn LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact support@hidawnllc.com for orders and support. Payment is processed by Stripe; the receipt identifies the seller and order.
