Use our products lawfully, you keep what you create, paid plans renew until you cancel, and the laws of the State of Wyoming apply.

Who we are

Hidawn LLC ("we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms apply to this website and to our software products and related services (our "products"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our products. If you use them on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these terms, and "you" includes that organization.

Your account

If a product requires an account, give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone has used it without your permission, tell us right away.

Using our products

While you follow these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for your own personal or business purposes. We keep all rights that these terms do not give you.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use our products for anything illegal, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
• use automation to manipulate third-party platforms, for example with fake accounts or fake engagement;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
• resell our products or sell access to them;
• disrupt our products or try to get around their security.

You remain responsible for following the rules of the platforms you publish to, such as X or YouTube.

Your content

You own the content you create, upload, or publish with our products. You give us a license to store, copy, process, and display it only as needed to run our products for you. You are responsible for your content, and you must have the rights to use it.

Subscriptions and billing

Nothing is on sale yet. This section applies once sales start.

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Stripe processes payments for us.

Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. It applies from your first renewal after that notice period, and you can cancel before then.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the payment goes through. You can cancel at any time, as described in our cancellation policy.

Trials and promotions

We do not currently offer free trials or promotions. If we offer one, the terms shown next to the offer apply to it.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time, and our refunds and cancellation policy explains what happens when you cancel and when a charge is refunded.

Third-party services

Our products use services run by other companies. Stripe processes payments, and the platforms you publish to, such as X and YouTube, host what you post. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control these services and are not responsible for them, and changes they make can affect how our products work.

Export controls and sanctions

Our products are subject to US export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). They are not available in countries or regions under a US embargo, or to anyone on a US government sanctions or restricted-party list. By using our products, you confirm that neither applies to you, and you agree not to export them, or give anyone access to them, in breach of these laws.

Disclaimers

We provide our website and products "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not promise that our products will always be available, be free of errors, or produce any particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits, revenue, or data;
• our total liability for all claims relating to our website or products is limited to the greater of US$50 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a problem with our products, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.

The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or our products will be heard in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will announce it on this site and email customers before it takes effect. If you keep using our products after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree to them, stop using our products and cancel any subscription.

Termination

You can stop using our products at any time. To end a subscription, cancel it as described in our cancellation policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires us to. Where we can, we will tell you first. When your access ends, your license to use our products ends too. The sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply.
