Software refund policy
Full refund any time before activation, and within 14 days after it. If the paid edition has not shipped by December 31, 2026, we refund you.
Product brands: Montagist / xStudio. Seller: Hidawn LLC. Montagist early licenses are on sale; xStudio licenses are coming later.

The seller is Hidawn LLC. Mandatory consumer rights and Stripe's rules apply where required.
How to request a refund
Email support@hidawnllc.com with the product name, order ID from your receipt and purchase email. Do not send full card details, account passwords, model keys or identity documents.
We verify the order, refund it through Stripe to the original payment method and confirm by email. Your bank decides how long the refund takes to appear, usually 5–10 business days.
License after a refund
A completed full or partial refund, or a dispute event handled as revocation, revokes the associated license. A pending refund is not treated as completed; a successful partial refund also revokes the whole license. The next online renewal is refused; an already issued offline lease may remain usable until it expires, at most 7 days. Removing an installation file does not create extra installation rights.
Separate charges and the free release
Model usage, speech, X API and other third-party fees are billed by those providers and are not refunded by this policy. A one-time license does not auto-renew and has no subscription cancellation. Montagist 1.1.0's free access remains unchanged.

These pages apply to paid licenses sold by Hidawn LLC: the Montagist early license now, and xStudio once it goes on sale. Existing free-release terms remain applicable to those releases.
